RTH 8.27 is a rotating telescopic handler ideal for both construction sites and rental fleets. Compact and highly versatile, this telescopic handler can accommodate a wide variety of accessories, thanks to an RFID system that allows for the automatic recognition and creation of relative load charts; thus, it can meet a wide range of applications in construction and industry. Equipped with rotating stabilizers with a large contact surface and a load monitoring system to protect against overload risks, it offers three steering modes.
Versatility
The 8.27 is highly sophisticated because it can be used as a telescopic handler with forks, as a crane by attaching a winch, and as an off-road winch, and also as an aerial platform with a basket. Moreover, through the RFID system, the machine recognizes attachments and automatically adjusts the relevant safety devices and load chart.
Safety and Visibility
The cabin, certified with ROPS/FOPS Level 2, ensures best-in-class safety at all stages of operation. Visibility is enhanced by increasing the upper part glass and installing a thinner steering column, while maintaining legal and safety compliance.
The new Magni patented "easy access" system facilitates access to the machine by providing a slight misalignment between the turret and chassis, making it easier to enter and exit the cabin.
Operator Comfort
Like all other RTH and TH models, the interior of the cabin has been completely redesigned, with all panels now injection-molded for better durability and surface quality. Courtesy lights are attached to various points inside the cabin key, which can dim and gradually fade after the machine is turned off.
Airflows inside the cabin have been improved by redesigning the lower part of the front glass to optimize defrosting even in the coldest weather.
To ensure maximum comfort even on the sunniest days, a sun visor is installed above the operator's head, which can be locked in two different positions.
In the new cabin, both armrests moving with the seat can be removed, and a convenient storage compartment is created under the right armrest. A first-class seat with air suspension and headrest is also available.
New MCTS (Magni Combi Touch Screen) Integrated Control System
The software installed on the new RTH series, accessible from the touch screen, has been completely revamped. Redesigned interface graphics provide easy and intuitive operation with user-friendly icons to define various functions.
During the upgrade from the previous version, the software now includes a main menu accessible from various thematic screens, offering new functions to provide a more thematic, pleasant user experience.
Main functions and innovations include:
Another important innovation is the Magni LLD (Live Load Diagram) system, which offers three different versions of the load table screen for full visibility of working limits to ensure total safety:
Finally, like all models of the new RTH series, this model is equipped with a rear-view camera as standard, which is visible on the MCTS monitor and is automatically activated when reverse gear is engaged.
