RTH 6.22 is a rotating telescopic handler that is ideal for both construction sites and rental fleets. Compact and highly versatile, this telescopic loader is compatible with a wide variety of accessories thanks to an RFID system that enables automatic recognition and creation of relevant load charts; it can meet a wide range of applications in construction and industry. Equipped with rotating stabilizers with a large contact surface and a load monitoring system that provides protection against overload risks, it also offers three steering modes.
Versatility
The 6.22 is highly sophisticated because it can be used as a telescopic loader with forks, as a terrain crane with a winch attachment, and as an aerial platform with a basket, simply by changing the attachment. Furthermore, through the RFID system, the machine recognizes the attachment and automatically adjusts the relevant safety devices and load chart.
Safety and Visibility
The cab, certified to ROPS/FOPS Level 2 standards, ensures best-in-class safety throughout all operating stages.
By moving the cab forward, increasing the glass area in the upper part, and installing a thinner steering column, compliance with regulations and safety is ensured while improving visibility.
The new Magni patented "easy access" system facilitates entering and exiting the cab by allowing a slight misalignment between the turret and chassis, enhancing accessibility to the machine.
Operator Comfort
Similar to all RTH and TH models, the cab interior has been completely redesigned, with all panels now injection molded for greater durability and a better surface. Lighting lamps placed at various points inside the cab illuminate when the door is opened. These LED lights can be dimmed and gradually fade out when the machine is turned off.
Airflows inside the cab have been improved by redesigning the lower part of the front window to optimize defrosting even in the coldest weather.
To provide the highest comfort even on sunny days, a sun visor is installed on the ceiling, which can be locked in two different positions above the operator's head.
Both armrests, along with the seat, can be lifted, and a convenient storage compartment is created under the right armrest. The premium seat is equipped with air suspension, tilt, and adjustable headrests.
New MCTS (Magni Combi Touch Screen) Control System
The software loaded onto the new RTH series accessible from the touch screen has been completely renewed. The redesigned interface graphics provide easy and intuitive use with user-friendly icons to define various functions.
The upgraded software now includes a main menu accessible from various thematic screens and offers new features to provide a smoother, more enjoyable user experience.
Key functions and innovations include:
Operating mode: Allows for separate control of boom and traction speeds for more precise, faster movements while maneuvering the vehicle.
Eco mode: This mode reduces fuel consumption and thus CO2 emissions by automatically reducing engine speed when maximum speed is reached during highway travel.
Custom pre-settings: Three new pre-settings, ranging from the most sensitive to the most reactive, can be selected by the operator to optimize the performance of the attachment being used.
Another important innovation is the Magni LLD (Live Load Diagram) system, which offers three different versions of the load table display for complete visibility of working limits to ensure full safety:
Standard, showing all load bands (also present in previous versions).
Dynamic, showing the available working area based on the lifted load.
360° dynamic, showing the current working area from above and providing greater precision when working under variable stability conditions.
Finally, like all models of the new RTH series, this model is equipped as standard with a rear-view camera, visible on the MCTS monitor and automatically activated when reverse gear is engaged.
